BOOKING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR HELICOPTER JOYRIDE BOOKINGS 

At Rajas Aerosports & Adventures Private Limited, we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for all our customers. However, we understand that plans can change. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy: 

Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy for Helicopter Operations (Air Safari)

 

1. Booking Guidelines:

    •    Minimum Passenger Requirement:

    •    All flights require a minimum of 5 passengers to operate.

    •    For groups with fewer than 5 passengers, the following options are available:

    1.    Clubbing with Other Groups: Passengers may wait for the operations team to club them with other passengers.

    2.    Private Booking: Passengers may pay for all 5 seats to confirm the flight as a private charter.

    •    Private booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment for all 5 seats.

    •    Passenger Information:

    •    All bookings must include accurate passenger details. Names must match the traveler’s valid government-issued photo ID.

    •    Bookings are non-transferable, and changes to passenger names on confirmed bookings are strictly prohibited.

    •    Payment Terms:

    •    All bookings must be fully paid in advance to confirm the reservation.

    •    Partial payments will not be accepted unless explicitly approved by the management in writing.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

 

Cancellations by Rajas Aerosports & Adventures Private Limited:

    •    If the flight is canceled by Rajas Aerosports due to operational reasons, adverse weather conditions, or technical issues, passengers are entitled to a full refund of the total booking amount.

 

Cancellations by Customers:

    •    Up to 48 Hours Before Scheduled Departure: 90% of the total fare will be refunded.

    •    25 to 47 Hours Before Scheduled Departure: 70% of the total fare will be refunded.

    •    24 Hours or Less, Up to 1 Hour Before Scheduled Departure: 50% of the total fare will be refunded.

    •    Less Than 1 Hour Before Scheduled Departure: This will be treated as a “No Show,” and no refund will be provided.

 

3. Rescheduling Policy:

    •    Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure.

    •    Rescheduling is subject to availability and a nominal administrative fee of ₹1,500 per passenger.

    •    Rescheduling is only permitted if the payment for the original booking has been made in full.

 

4. Weather-Related or Technical Cancellations:

    •    Flights canceled due to adverse weather conditions or technical issues beyond the operator’s control will be eligible for:

    1.    Free Rescheduling: Passengers may reschedule their flight at no additional cost.

    2.    Full Refund: Passengers may opt for a complete refund of the booking amount.

    •    Rajas Aerosports is not liable for any indirect costs, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred due to cancellations.

 

5. Refund Process:

    •    Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving a valid cancellation request.

    •    For flights canceled by Rajas Aerosports, refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original scheduled flight date. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.

 

6. Right to Deny Boarding:

 

Rajas Aerosports reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger who:

    •    Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    •    Poses a safety, health, or security risk to other passengers or crew.

    •    Fails to present valid travel documentation at check-in.

 

7. Liability Limitations:

    •    Rajas Aerosports operates under the highest international safety standards; however, the company’s liability is limited to the refund of the ticket amount in cases of cancellations or delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as weather, technical issues, or regulatory actions.

 

8. Passenger Responsibilities:

    •    Passengers are required to arrive at the designated boarding location 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

    •    It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they provide accurate booking information and follow all operational instructions provided by Rajas Aerosports.
