Cancellation Policy
T&C and Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation charges can be levied @ 25% of the base rate of ticket in case the ticket is got cancelled upto 120 hours before the boarding time and @50% between 120 hours and upto 24 hours before the time of boarding. There will be no refund of any amount in case the notice is received within 24 hours before the boarding time/ no show by passenger. In each such case of cancellation, the amount retained as cancellation charge shall be shared equally between the operator & Shri Mani Mahesh Trust. In case of cancellation of flight due to reasons beyond control, full refund shall be made. 2. Rescheduling a ticket by passenger implies cancellation of the existing one. Cancellation terms will be applicable. The booking for another date will be considered as a fresh booking and allotment will be done based on the availability. 3. The prices are fixed at Rs. 7,750 per seat for Two Way. These prices are full and final for the shuttle service and we advise passengers not to pay any amount more than this except for any additional charges towards excess weight 4. A convienience fee of ₹150 + 18% GST per seat is applicable additional. 5. The prices are quoted for an adult/child of maximum weight 85 kgs. For any individual over 85 kgs. Rs. 100 per extra kg will be charged per person 6. For children aged 2 years and above, full ticket price is chargeable 7. Yatra registration is mandatory prior to reporting at Bharmour. 8. Owing to the rush for Shri Mani Mahesh Ji Shrine and the unpredictability of weather in the area, there may be waiting time for availing the services. Reporting time for Same-Day passengers is 5.30 to 5:45 am and reporting time for night halt passengers is 11:30 am 9. Passengers reporting beyond reporting time will be treated as 'NO-SHOW' and there will be no refund. 10. Priority will be given to Same-Day passengers over night halt passengers 11. Priority will be given to Senior Citizens, VIPs, passengers with physical disability and pregnant women 12. It is mandatory for each passenger to bring their Government ID card for identification. The government ID must match with the details given in the ticket 13. Passengers are to strictly follow all instructions given at the helipad 14. For same day return, around 2 hours shall be given to passengers for darshan at Shri-Mani Mahesh Shrine 15.
